Do I need an account to book?
No — pick your slot first, then pay securely by card or FPX as a guest. Your video call link arrives by WhatsApp and email right after payment.
How do I join the call?
We send you a private video-call link the moment your slot is confirmed. Tap it at your appointment time — the call opens in your browser on any phone or laptop, nothing to install.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation message or WhatsApp us at +60 19-339 9695 and we will move your slot — you will automatically receive the updated details.
How does the RM30 come back?
After any consultation — Basic, Extensive or Premium — we WhatsApp you a personal RM30 voucher code. Use it on any order of RM100 or more within 30 days and RM30 comes straight off at checkout. On a Basic session that is your full fee returned.
Which length should I choose?
Basic (15 min) suits a single question or a quick product check. Extensive (30 min) gives room to cover several goals without rushing. Premium (60 min) is a full hour for a complete review and a detailed plan. You can switch length at the top of the booking page.
Is the consultation private?
Completely. It is a one-on-one session on a private link created just for you, and it is not recorded.
